Ask for the same signature again, on a schedule

Short answer: make a rule in Schedule. It sends a template for signature every few months, when you upload a new version, or a set number of days before an agreement runs out. VAMOSign checks the rules every morning and sends the requests for you. Schedules are part of Better, 99 kr a month, ex VAT.

Step by step

For example: a supplier agreement that runs out on 31 December and is renewed every year.

1. 1 September · You

   You open Schedule and make a rule: 30 days before the supplier agreement runs out.

2. 1 September · VAMOSign

   The rule shows its next date: 1 December, 30 days before 31 December.

3. 30 November · VAMOSign

   VAMOSign e-mails you that the rule sends its request tomorrow.

4. 1 December, morning · VAMOSign

   VAMOSign sends a new request to the agreement's signers, with an expiry date one year later.

5. December · The signers

   The signers get their links and sign, as with any request.

6. When done · VAMOSign

   VAMOSign seals the new agreement and e-mails the sealed PDF to everyone.

What it costs

Schedules are part of Better. It costs 99 kr a month, ex VAT, or 990 kr a year. The requests a rule sends are ordinary e-mail signatures and cost nothing extra.

What it does not do

• It does not sign or charge anything by itself. A rule only sends ordinary requests.
• It does not change the old agreement. The earlier sealed PDF stays as it was.

What can a rule wait for?

One of three things: a number of months, a new version of a template, or a number of days before an agreement's expiry date.

Who gets the request?

Every few months: everyone who signed the template. A new version: everyone who signed the version before. Before expiry: that agreement's own signers.

When does a rule run?

VAMOSign checks the rules every morning. The day before a dated rule sends, you get an e-mail.

Can I pause a rule?

Yes. Switch it off in Schedule, and switch it on again when you want.
