Sign for a company, with signing rights read from Brreg

Short answer: when someone signs for a company, you name the company. For a Norwegian company, VAMOSIGN reads who has signing rights or prokura from the Brønnøysund register, and the certificate quotes what the register said when the document was sealed. It is free on every plan.

Step by step

For example: a supplier agreement with EKSEMPEL AS, where the chair and one board member sign together.

  1. 1
    You

You upload the agreement and press "Signs for a company…" on a signer. You find EKSEMPEL AS by name or organisation number.

  2. 2
    You

You choose Signing rights. VAMOSIGN asks the Brønnøysund register and shows the ways the company signs, with today's people.

  3. 3
    You

You pick "Styrets leder og ett styremedlem i fellesskap". The chair is ticked; you tick one board member, type both e-mail addresses and press Send.

  4. 4
    VAMOSIGN

VAMOSIGN reads the register again as the document goes out, and keeps the reading on the request's record.

  5. 5
    The signers

Each signer opens their own link and signs in the browser, as for any document.

  6. 6
    VAMOSIGN

VAMOSIGN reads the register once more when it seals the PDF. The certificate says who signed for EKSEMPEL AS, what the register says about signing, and whether each signer is named there.
