Send one document to many people for signature

House rules for forty residents, a policy for every employee, a waiver for everyone on the trip. Each person gets their own copy and their own link, and one page shows who is missing.

How it works

• Upload the document once. Add the people from a spreadsheet, by typing one per line, or by choosing a group.
• Everyone gets their own copy and a personal link by e-mail. Nobody needs an account to sign.
• Each copy is signed on its own, so one person saying no stops only their copy.
• One page shows who has signed and who has not, and reminds everyone who is missing with one press.
• Every signed copy comes back as a sealed PDF with its own certificate: the name, the time, the IP address and the document's SHA-256 checksum.

What it costs

Sending to a list is part of Better: 99 kr a month, ex VAT, or 990 kr a year. The signatures themselves stay free, and the people who sign pay nothing.

Without paying

You can put everyone on one shared document for free. Then it is one agreement: everybody signs the same copy, one refusal stops it for all, and nobody gets the sealed PDF until the last person has signed. For a handful of people that is fine. For forty, it is what the list is for.
