Get a contract signed today, without printing it
Short answer: upload the contract to VAMOSign, type each signer's name and e-mail address, and press Send. Each person gets their own link and signs in the browser. When the last one has signed, everyone gets the sealed PDF by e-mail. E-mail signing is free, with no cap.
Step by step
For example: a two-page service agreement and two signers, one after the other. The times show one way the day can go. The signers set the pace.

You upload the agreement. It can be one PDF, several PDFs joined into one in the order you choose, or text you type straight into the page.

You type each signer's name and e-mail address. Signers need no account.

You choose the order. At the same time: everyone is e-mailed now. One after another: each person is e-mailed when the one before has signed. Here you choose one after another.

The first signer opens the link and reads the agreement. The page shows what will be recorded. They tick the box, type their name and sign.

What it costs
Nothing. E-mail signing is free on every plan, with no cap on documents or signers. To keep signed documents in VAMOSign for longer than 30 days, Archive is part of Good at 49 kr a month, ex VAT.
What it does not do
- It does not set a deadline for the link. The optional expiry date is the date the agreement runs out.
- It does not check who a person is beyond their e-mail inbox.
- It does not send reminders unless you turn them on in App settings. You can always press Remind yourself.
Questions
- Do the signers need an account?
- No. They get a link by e-mail and sign in the browser.
- What if a signer is slow?
- Press Remind on the document. Or set a reminder cadence in App settings: VAMOSign then reminds them every few days, up to three times by default.
- What if a signer says no?
- They can decline. The document then shows who declined it.
- Can I send several files as one document?
- Yes. Upload them together and they are joined into one PDF in the order you choose.
- How can I tell the signed PDF has not been changed?
- Open it in any PDF reader and look at its signature panel, or drop it on vamosign.com/verify.
