Get everyone who signed version 1 to sign version 2

Short answer: upload the new version of the template. VAMOSign finds everyone who signed an older version and has not signed the new one, and tells you how many. When you press the button, each of them gets a new request. Their old signature stays as proof of what they agreed to then. This is part of Better, 99 kr a month, ex VAT.

Step by step

For example: an updated privacy notice for 120 employees who signed the old one.

1. Monday · You

   You open the template and upload the new version of the privacy notice.

2. Monday · VAMOSign

   VAMOSign finds the 120 people who signed an older version. It leaves out anyone who has already signed the new one, or already has an open request for it.

3. Monday · You

   The button says how many requests it will send. You press it.

4. Monday · VAMOSign

   Each person gets a separate new request for the new version, with their own link.

5. That week · Employees

   The employees sign the new version. Their old signed PDF is not touched.

6. Each copy · The countersigner

   If the template has a countersigner, they sign each new copy after the employee.

7. Each copy · VAMOSign

   VAMOSign seals each new copy and e-mails the sealed PDF to the employee and to you.

8. Later · You

   Press the button again whenever you like. It only sends to people who still stand on an older version.

What it costs

This is part of Better. It costs 99 kr a month, ex VAT, or 990 kr a year. The new requests are ordinary e-mail signatures and cost nothing extra.

What it does not do

• It does not change or cancel an old signature.
• It does not send twice to someone who already has an open request for the new version.

Questions

What happens to the old signed documents?

Nothing. Each stays as it was, sealed, as proof of what was agreed then.

Can this happen by itself?

Yes. A Schedule rule can send the new version to everyone who signed the one before, at the next morning check after you upload it.

How do I see who is still on an old version?

Open the template. The button there says how many people still stand on an older version.
